Common questions

Where are my photographs? On your phone, always. On the free tier the cloud holds thumbnails; on Deluxe it also holds display-size copies so a new phone can restore them.

Can I get my data out? Yes, all of it, any time: More › Export a spreadsheet gives you an Excel or CSV file with a folder of every photograph.

What happens if I stop paying for Deluxe? Nothing is deleted. You keep everything on your phone; the cloud keeps full-size copies for 90 days in case you come back.

Is there advertising? No. Not on any tier, ever.

Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password? on the app’s sign-in screen, or go to clasps.app/auth/forgot. We email a link where you choose a new one.
